Friendly Visitor
Our landlord just had some stairs built up to our deck so we'd have a second exit from our apartment. A few days later I was on the phone and looked out the window to see this little critter. I screamed. Ryan screamed too when he found out we really weren't going to let him go play with it...

good thing you didn't have garbage out there!
ReplyDeleteWe used to get raccoons all the time until they tore all the trees down! I agree with Sonja though...they make a mess of of garbage!
ReplyDeleteWe have them all last summer. They would climb the poles up to our deck. At first as soon as they heard us they would go hide, but once they got use to us they would just look at us through the door. However we never had any visits from them during the day! How you get rid of it?
ReplyDeleteI just read through all your posts that I have missed lately. First, happy anniversary. I thought I was married so long before you and Adam got married, but just one year. Also, how fun to go ring shopping again. Sad that you lost it, but fun to get a second one! Ryan is such a cute boy. I love his hair long and short. I have to laugh at the Yoga troubles. About a year ago I decided I'd try a home work out video and at first was doing it early in the morning, but I was too paranoid to turn up the volume and wake the kids so it was too boring and hard to follow so I tried it once they were a wake and it was a joke. Kids make everything more interesting.
ReplyDeleteSarah...where are you? I haven't seen a new post since we moved!!! How am I supposed to be able to know what and how you are doing??? Just kidding...I do miss all of you though and miss seeing new pics of Ryan. I saw a pic of him on ?Helene's? blog from Halloween and he is getting so big! Hope to see an update soon and hope you're doing great!
ReplyDeleteYeah, I agree with Beckey. You've severely neglected your blog. I need more to read to distract me from studying for finals. :) Hope all is well and that you guys are keeping nice and bundled up in the cold! I'm guessing you don't have raccoons coming around anymore unless they're trying to break in the house to get warm. One of these days I'm going to have to finally meet this Ryan fellow. Hope the 3rd year is treating you guys well. I guess that means that Adam passed part I. Congrats!
